After a record level of entries last year, Scimitar is delighted to reveal that the 2024 Charity Giveaway is now open.
As the leading custom sportswear brand for charities and non-profits in the UK, Scimitar proudly work with hundreds of organisations of all sizes, from huge nationwide support charities through to smaller, regional communities.
The sector-specific competition is designed to give charities of all sizes the chance to win credit towards their next order of fundraising sportswear and apparel, such as their charity running vests, technical t-shirts, and cycle jerseys.
Richard Webb, Senior Charity Account Manager at Scimitar, said “One of the great things about Scimitar and the charity community we work with is that it enables us, as an organisation, to help people in a way we couldn’t as individuals.
“Seeing our garments being worn with pride by the fundraisers of the different charities we partner with, gives us huge pride and satisfaction. This Giveaway is us taking everything one step further and giving something back to this fantastic sector, that gives so much to us”.
The Giveaway is a chance for Scimitar to give back and engage with charities at a time where financial support for fundraising is very much needed.
Hospice UK’s Fundraising team, who were winners in the 2023 iteration of the Scimitar Charity Giveaway, said: We’re absolutely thrilled to have won this generous prize from Scimitar.
“This prize will mean we can splash out on some resources to support our fundraising events, and make our wonderful supporters stand out even more as they represent Hospice UK”.
