Nine-times Welsh champions Pontypridd RFC sign new kit deal with Scimitar
Scimitar are thrilled to announce a new five-year deal with nine-time Welsh League and six-time Welsh Cup Rugby champions, Pontypridd RFC.
The Rhondda Cynon Taf-based side, who won four Welsh Premiership titles consecutively between 2012 and 2015, have become the third Indigo Group Premiership outfit to team up with Scimitar in the past year.
‘Ponty’, who play at the near 8,000-capacity Sardis Road, have produced British & Irish Lions such as Neil Jenkins, Russell Robins, Martyn Williams, Matthew Rees and Gethin Jenkins.
The Valley Commandos as they’re also known, Pontypridd finished just a single point away from a top-four finish last season and will be looking to build on that in the 2022/23 campaign as they embark on a new journey with Scimitar.

Scimitar, who are also kit supplier to Llandovery RFC, Ebbw Vale RFC and Rotherham Titans, will be providing teamwear, sportswear and leisure options to Pontypridd.
