How did a vision of creating affordable, retail-quality sportswear lead Scimitar to being one of the UK’s largest custom sportswear manufacturers?
THE BEGINNING.
Born in 2010, Scimitar immediately set out to revolutionise custom sportswear.
There was a desperate need in the UK for a company who would develop premium sublimation sportswear at truly affordable pricing, touching key sectors such as charities & mass participation events.
Years later and with over three million items manufactured and sold in the past 12 months, Scimitar have established themselves as the go-to brand for sustainable custom sportswear, sublimation t-shirts and custom promotional items.
We proudly work with sports clubs, charities, corporate events, mass participation events, professional sports teams and cycling sportive events.
SUSTAINABILITY.
In 2018, Scimitar switched focus to creating sustainable apparel.
Scimitar spent a considerable amount of money, time & effort creating a sustainable range of sportswear that was fully functional, ticked the quality boxes and was affordable to all.
The result? The UK’s largest range of custom recycled sportswear, with key developments such as the launch of the world’s first fully-recycled polyester rugby jersey.
